Performance 'The Snake Ritual'

'The Snake Ritual' has been performed a couple of times and is the reinterpretation of the Hopi Indians' ritual expressing the ritual structure with all its components. In rituals all art expressions (music, dance, sculpting, painting) exist simultaneously, and, in my opinion, rituals are the predecessors of all art. In this performance I bring to life the 'Earth Ritual' out of context, underlining it's structural components which are present in all rituals. Those components are starting to re-appear again in modern performances as art performances, but in a different way; not as the reflection of traditions and customs but as a reflection of the acts of an individual or a group, in relation to the community.
